4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within the United States only and shipping times and costs will be displayed during checkout. While we make every attempt to meet delivery schedules, delays due to shipping carriers, weather conditions or unplanned events cannot be held against us. Tracking information will be available once your order has shipped out.
5. Return and Refund Policy
Our 30-day return policy on most items allows for returns that meet certain conditions to qualify, such as being new and in their original packaging. Contact our customer service team if a return needs to be initiated if an item has been used or damaged.
Refunds will then be applied back into the original payment method once inspection of returned product(s). Shipping costs cannot be credited back as part of any refund amount issued after return inspection has taken place; shipping fees remain non-refundable.
